John P. 'Digger' Foltz to celebrate 80th birthday on April 1

There will be a special celebration for Greenfield native John P. "Digger" Foltz in honor of his 80th birthday on Saturday, April 1 in Washington Court House.

Friends and family will meet at the home of Digger's niece on Old Chillicothe Road off S.R. 753 and Robinson Road (near the Wal-Mart and Lowe's distribution centers).
