Hutchinson to headline Saturday Night Special; PVJ set for Oct. 2

The historic Paxton Theatre features two great musical events this weekend: The Paint Valley Jamboree and The Saturday Night Special.

Mike Hutchinson takes the stage of The Saturday Night Special, Saturday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.

Hutchinson will be joined onstage by featured performers: Tony Butcher and Paint Valley Jamboree favorite Carol McIntosh, plus The Paxton Band with bandleader Jim Bristley (bass), Dan Cade (fiddle), Dean Inboden (lead guitar), Tom Kiley (steel), Aaron Morris (drums) and Dee Penn (acoustic guitar / piano).

Tickets are $15 at the door but can be purchased online for only $12!

LeighAnne Cooper will be the headliner at the Oct. 10 Saturday Night Special.

The Paint Valley Jamboree, celebrating 51 years, will welcome Master of Ceremonies Kenny Baum as he leads an eclectic lineup of performers including: Todd Ash, Bobby Cox, Tami Davis, Jerry Evans, Jimmy Evans, Al Harper, Stan McFarland, Carol McIntosh, Sean Poole, Rex Shuff and Mike Woo.

The Paint Valley Jamboree, presented by The Rockhold, Brown & Co. Bank, plays Friday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 at the door and online.
