Press Release-
Hope House Christian Counseling Center hosted a booth at this year’s Festival of the Bells, along with a balloon launch, “Hope Is Rising.”

For three days, people who passed by the booth were asked to write down their biggest regrets on a chalkboard. The booth volunteers erased the board each night and started with a clean slate each day.

On Saturday evening, each regret was tied to a balloon and lifted up to heaven, symbolizing that we do not have to live with our regrets forever. The balloon launch’s goal was to physically and psychologically erase and lift up regrets and to remind everyone not to let fear run our lives; to take more chances and embrace change; to swallow pride and say we are sorry; and to tell people dear to us that we love them.

Hope House Christian Counseling Center is located at 24 East Water Street in Sinking Spring. For more information, visit www.hopehouseccc.com.
