Historical Society hosts Log Cabin Cookout Sept. 13

The annual Log Cabin Cookout, hosted by the Historical Society will be held at the Highland House Museum at 151 East Main Street Saturday, Sept. 13.  

The menu includes ham and beans, cornbread, coneys, desserts and drinks. Serving starts at 5 p.m. and donations are welcome.
    
Lowell Chambers will hold a baked goods auction following the dinner.

All proceeds go to maintenance and operation of the Historical Society.
