Hillsboro Woman’s Club to meet Sept. 13

The Hillsboro Woman’s Club will meet for a catered lunch on the second Tuesday of the month, Sept. 13, at 1 p.m. at the Masonic Temple on North High Street.

The club, now in its 93rd year, was founded in 1923 and is one of Hillsboro’s oldest and largest organizations for women. Its goal is to offer interesting and informative programs to its members.

The September program will be a book review by Gretchen Huffman on Mary McHugh’s book, “How NOT to Act Like a Little Old Lady.”
