The Hillsboro Lions Club has made several donations to support local organizations.

Pictured are Lion John Dodds, who is representing the Highland County Prosecutor's Office Victim Witness program. John is a volunteer with Victim Witness and received a check for $100. Cathy Jones is shown with a check from the Lions Club for $200 in support of the Highland District Hospital Foundation, by funding a replacement set of AED pads. There are 60 AEDs that have been placed in high-occupancy locations, and locations with a long response time for a life squad in the hospital's district. At right, Lion Dave Grover attended the SATH dinner and received a plaque for the Club in recognition of the $1,000 donated to KAMP Dovetail. The Lions also support the camp by serving breakfast.
