Hillsboro Lions Club Candy Store opens Nov. 10

The Hillsboro Lions Club is inviting the community to support their annual candy sale this holiday season.

The annual candy store will open Nov. 10 at 957 N. High Street (formerly Dr. Mesina’s office) in Hillsboro.

Lions Club president Gary Ames and co-chairs Phil McElwee and Jill Reffner said that this year’s store will feature approximately 10 new items.

Over 50 kinds of candy will be sold, including reduced-sugar candy, along with nuts and party mixes.

Store hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 12:30-4 p.m. Sunday.
