This year at the Highland County Fair we had an impeccable week. From Saturday-Saturday, we sold a variety of foods and drinks.

For breakfast this year, we had egg, sausage and bacon sandwiches. We continued our pork tenderloins, ribeyes and hot dogs. Our traditional chocolate, peanut butter, strawberry and vanilla milkshakes were again a big hit.

Throughout the week, many members participated in working shifts in the food booth, whether it was one or multiple. Ava Leonard, a junior at Hillsboro, worked twice in the food booth, learning many customer service skills and doing an excellent job on the grill.

Throughout the week in the booth, members worked on their customer service skills while maintaining their composure during their busy stressful shifts. We are very proud of our booth and how well we did this year at the fair.
