Highland County Pigs, Poultry and Lambs 4-H Club news

The Highland County Poultry Association held their annual flea market on May 4th and 5th at the Highland County Fairgrounds.

The Highland County Pigs, Poultry and Lambs 4-H Club would like to thank everyone in the community for supporting this fundraiser.

Thank you goes to 13 Highland County Pigs, Poultry and Lambs 4-H Club members and two FAB FIVE 4H Club members that volunteered to work at the Highland County Poultry Association's food booth.

Thanks also to all parents and advisers who worked at the food booth or brought in baked goods for this annual fundraiser.

The HCPPL members who volunteered were: Emma and Jacob Rhonemus, Noah Freehling, Jaden Henderson, Tyler and Trevor Chaney, Nicholas McCann, Lauren and Brayden Jones, William Albert, Jared Conn, Kurt Hamilton and Zane Hawk.

The FAB FIVE members who volunteered were Sara Newsome and Emma Horick.

The funds that were raised will help purchase awards for the 2013 Highland County Jr. Fair.

We had a a lot of fun and a great turn out!
