Highland County Family and Consumer Sciences Board celebrates 1940s-2020s during Summer Awards

The Highland County Family and Consumer Sciences Board worked hard to present a great Summer Awards ceremony, while having fun dressing to represent different decades.

The board embraced the Highland County Fair theme of “Making the Best Even Better,” starting with the 1940s and going through 2020. Yes, they are in order, and look how times have or have not changed.
