Heartland of Hillsboro hosts tree planting

In observance of National Nursing Home Week, Heartland of Hillsboro hosted a tree planting ceremony in honor and of past patients and residents.

Families were invited to participate in the ceremony along with the hospice organizations that helped to care for their loved ones.

Hospice of Hope, Community Care Hospice, Vitas Hospice and Heartland Hospice provided the program for the families, residents and staff.

Anyone wishing to visit the tree is welcome.
