The HCPPL 4H Club holds final meeting

The Highland County Poultry, Pigs & Lambs 4-H Club held their final meeting on Aug. 11.

An annual cookout started the afternoon meeting – at the home of Dave and Brenda Higgins – followed by the final meeting of the year.

All members were available to practice for skillathon, receive their 2013 Junior Fair schedules, and talk about any last-minute details, as well.

The members of the Highland County Poultry, Pigs & Lambs 4-H Club would like to thank their advisers and parents for another great 4H year.

They would also like to thank Mr. Rory Ryan of The Highland County Press for supporting local 4-H youth.

The HCPPL 4H Club hopes everyone can visit the Highland County Junior Fair to see what your Highland County youths have been working on this year.
