HCNJFA District Board to meet Feb. 20

The Highland County North Joint Fire and Ambulance District Board of Trustees' meeting will be held at 200 South St., Leesburg, Ohio, on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m.

• Notice is hereby given that the Highland County North Joint Fire and Ambulance District Board of Trustees have petitioned the Highland County Court of Common Pleas pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.16 for the transfer of the unencumbered balance in the general bond retirement fund to the general fund of Highland County North Joint Fire and Ambulance District. Said funds have no outstanding encumbrances and all principal and interest payments has been completed for which the funds were established. The petition shall be heard in the Court of Common Pleas, Highland County on Feb. 28 at 9:30 a.m.
