Habitat for Humanity builds custom ramp for Highland County resident

Habitat for Humanity of Highland County was recently able to complete a house project for Highland County resident Sherry Riley.
The organization was notified that Riley, who is confined to a wheelchair, was unable to safely get in and out of her home. The Highland County Habitat for Humanity Board discussed the situation and decided they wanted to help.

Habitat for Humanity was able to build a custom ramp that has helped Riley safely enter and leave her home without having to worry about the possibility of falling down her steps.
The Highland County Habitat for Humanity Board would like to thank Rob Jackson for all of his help in the construction of the ramp.
Habitat for Humanity of Highland County, Ohio is so grateful to have the opportunity to serve the amazing people of this county.
The group’s long-term goal still remains to build a new home in Lynchburg in the Glenavy Hills Subdivision.
