Grow Greater Greenfield (G3) is seeking entries and participants for their annual Soup/Stews Showdown.

This year G3 has partnered with Y-Gradale for this friendly competition, with 100 percent of proceeds going to the McClain High School Auditorium renovation/restoration.

The theme is Disney's “Descendants,” as G3 will be serving Saturday, April 5 from 5-7:30 p.m. in the McClain HS Cafeteria prior to the McClain Performing Arts program. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children 3-12 and free for children 2 and under.

Mark your calendars for a yummy night of great soups, stews, chili and a new category just for the kids to enter: mac and cheese. Entries can be picked up at Small Town Fitness, and all information is included regarding participation in the competition.
