Greenfield Veterinary Clinic celebrates 40 years of service

Greenfield Veterinary Clinic (211 McArthur Way, Greenfield) held an open house and ribbon-cutting event on Saturday, June 28, in celebration of Doctor Mike Sims' 40 years of service in Greenfield.

Friends, family and community members came out to the event, facilitated by Dr. Sims' wife, Sharon Sims, to show their support and appreciation for all that the Greenfield vet has done for the community.

Doc Sims has been a veterinarian for both large and small pets since Dr. Jim Van Zant hired him back in 1974. With 40 years of service behind him, Doc Sims looks forward to another 40 years of doing what he loves, in the town that loves to have him there.
