Greenfield Library Link: CET workshops, tax aides at library in February

February is here … can you believe it? This is the month for football, hearts, presidents and maybe snow, but it is also only six weeks till spring, and that’s whether you believe the groundhog or not.

CET will be coming to the Greenfield Library Feb. 23, March 22 and April 19 to present three free workshops for preschool caregivers. These sessions will be held from 6-8 p.m. The class titles are: Professionalism and Ethics in Early Childhood Programs; Building Partnerships Between Families and Early Childhood Professionals; and Including Children with Special Needs in Early Childhood Programs. Tax aides from the Ohio Benefit Bank will be at the library on Feb. 10 and Feb. 17 from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. This is a free service, but you must call to schedule.

Preschool story times are held on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. Activities include stories, crafts and lots of fun. This month’s themes are Valentines, Winter and Penguins.

The library will be closed Feb. 15 for Presidents Day.
