Greenfield business owner and UC alum named to Cincinnati Better Business Bureau Board of Directors

GREENFIELD – The Better Business Bureau of Cincinnati has announced the appointment of Kiersten Beatty, founder and CEO of Elevate Creative Co. and proud University of Cincinnati alum, to its Board of Directors.
In a recent announcement welcoming new members to its Board of Directors, BBB Cincinnati shared: “We’re excited to welcome an outstanding leader to the Better Business Bureau Cincinnati Board of Directors. Please join us in congratulating Kiersten Beatty of Elevate Creative as she brings her experience, passion, and fresh perspective to help guide our mission forward.”
Beatty, a lifelong advocate for small business and community growth, founded Elevate Creative Co. in 2022.
Her agency is a woman-owned, family-operated marketing and creative firm based in Greenfield, serving clients across Ohio. Elevate Creative focuses on helping small businesses strengthen their local presence through branding, web design, social media, content creation and digital strategy.
As a new member of the BBB Cincinnati Board, Beatty will work alongside business leaders across the region to uphold ethical standards, promote trust in the marketplace, and support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Communication, Beatty remains actively involved with UC’s alumni community, mentoring current students and encouraging young professionals to pursue entrepreneurship and leadership opportunities in Ohio.
Beatty was also recognized in 2024 as a BBB Spark Award winner, celebrating young entrepreneurs dedicated to ethical leadership and community impact.
