Blair Gard-
The Fur, Feathers & Friends 4-H club met Monday, May 3 at Bright Elementary.
The 6:30 p.m. meeting was called to order by Vice President Kallie Sharp. Pledges were led by Aubriauna Nelson and Blair Gard. Roll call was taken, and 35 members were present. The secretary’s report was given by Addy Knauff, and Treasurer Meghan Thompson read her report. Cloverbuds were dismissed to go to their meeting.
Under old business, members are required to attend six meetings. Members were reminded to pay dues, attend the quality assurance meeting and that large animal tag-in is the first Saturday in June.
In new business, club members were asked to come up with a T-shirt design. Summer judging dates were announced, and information was given about the countywide virtual video demonstration contest.
Darby Yeager motioned to adjourn the meeting, and Thompson seconded. Then everyone met with their project advisers.
The club’s next meeting is Tuesday, June 1.
