Fur, Feathers and Friends host rabbit demonstrations at June meeting

The Fur, Feathers and Friends 4-H club met outdoors at Bright Elementary on Tuesday, June 3.

There were 33 members present. Pledges were led by Kylie Allen.

There were two demonstrations, one by Micaela Countryman and the other by Shelby Igo. Countryman's demonstration was on rabbit color genetics. Igo did a demonstration on Champagne d'Argents.

Other than the demonstrations, we also ordered T-shirts for fair time at this meeting.

Congratulations to Rachael Archibald and Countryman for receiving 4-H scholarships! Also, congratulations to Caitlin Frazer, who will be representing our club as one of the rabbit ambassadors this year.

Our next meeting will be held July 1 at Bright Elementary school at 7 p.m.
