Easter Bunny visits Continental Manor

The Easter Bunny visited Continental Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Blanchester and had photos taken with the residents and staff.
The center’s Executive Director, Tom Cunningham, said it has become an annual tradition for the staff to have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny.
“The residents get a kick out of watching us pose with the bunny, and they really enjoy having their photo taken,” he said.

Beach Photography came in and took the photos and printed on site a free photo for each resident with the Easter Bunny.
Activity Director Lisa Beach said the residents also colored eggs, but the verdict is still out as whether they enjoy coloring the eggs more, or eating them.
On Easter Sunday, Pastor Paul Crisp from Blanchester Nazarene Church will be providing an Easter service for the residents. Beach said that Crisp and several others from the church always come in the first Sunday of each month. With his Sunday falling on Easter, Beach said Crisp informed her that holiday or not, he will be there. He said he feels it is important to the residents, so it’s important to him that he be there.
Beach said she is very blessed to have a great group of volunteers from the community.
