Donna Patton presents latest book 'Snipped in the Bud: A Tale from the Garden of Mysteries'

Local author and history buff Donna Alice Patton has announced the publication of her latest book, "Snipped in the Bud: A Tale from the Garden of Mysteries."

Patton is the author of four books: "The Search for the Madonna" and its sequel
"The Mystery in the Maze" for children; "Roses are Red, Diamonds are Blue" and "Christmas, Interrupted" are her books for adults.

As an avid gardener, the inspiration for the "Tale from the Garden of Mysteries" series
was as close as her backyard.

The winner of many garden ribbons in local fairs, flower and vegetable growing, remains one of her many passions. When she’s not digging in the dirt, she enjoys sewing, creating one-of-a-kind doll clothes, reading and spending time with 22 great-nieces and
nephews.

"Snipped in the Bud: A Tale from the Garden of Mysteries" is available from Solstice Publishing or from Amazon.com as either print or ebook.
