The historic Paxton Theatre presents the Paint Valley Jamboree, with headliner Donna Cunningham, on Friday, May 13 at 7 p.m.

Cunningham will be joined onstage by featured performers Carol McIntosh and Mike Woo, plus the PVJ Band with bandleader Jim Bristley (bass), Dan Cade (fiddle), Dave Hutchinson (drums), Dean Inboden (lead guitar), Dee Penn (keyboard) and emcee Mike Hutchinson.

Jamboree Sings!, where three competitors go after the chance to headline their very own PVJ and win $300, comes to a close on Friday. Come be a part of the action as the audience votes on the grand prize winner among the finalists: Tony Butcher, James Evans and Jack Lewis.

The Paint Valley Jamboree is presented by The Rockhold, Brown & Co. Bank.

Tickets are $15 at the door and $12 in advance.

The Paint Valley Jamboree will feature the winner of the 2016 Jamboree Sings! at the May 27 show.

On Saturday, May 14 at 7 p.m., The Paxton Theatre will welcome the Richard Lynch Band.

Based in Waynesville, Richard Lynch is an American country music artist who has released a long list of chart-topping hits in the world of traditional country music. Lynch's style is reminiscent of the greats. The passion & purity that fueled the likes of Conway Twitty, Waylon Jennings, George Jones and Hank Williams can be heard through the vocals and exquisite musicianship of the Richard Lynch band.

Tickets are also $15 at the door and $12 in advance.
