Disabled American Veterans chapter donates to Georgetown Veterans Home

The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Lloyd C. Ludwick, Chapter 123, recently presented a $500 donation to the Georgetown Veterans Home.

Accepting the donation was Hanna Hopper, Volunteer Services Coordinator for the Georgetown Veterans Home.

DAV member Gerold Wilkin said that the money will be used for arts and crafts projects for residents at the Veterans Home.

The DAV Lloyd C. Ludwick, Chapter 123 meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Hi-TEC Center conference rooms, 1575 N. High St., Hillsboro.
