David Lowell president-elect of Hillsboro Lions Club

Hillsboro Lions President Steve Pence passes the gavel to President-Elect David Lowell Thursday, June 26.

The meeting was held at the regular meeting place in the County Administration Office basement meeting room.

The installations were conducted by Past District Governor Georgia Barber of the Leesburg Lions Club.
