Crews work to complete landscaping at courthouse fountain

The fence surrounding the Highland County Courthouse fountain project has come down, as crews spent much of the day Friday working on the fountain.

As of Friday evening, crews are still working to complete the landscaping on the courthouse lawn. Flowers have been planted in the beds surrounding the fountain, and the water pressure for the fountain has been increased.
