Cluff, West receive Outstanding Junior Leader Awards

During the Junior Fair Award Ceremony held on Tuesday during the Highland County Fair, Kathryn Cluff and Alexis West received the Outstanding Junior Leader Award.
This award is given to the Junior Leader who has taken on expanded and exceeded at their leadership roles through 4-H.
Kathryn is the daughter of Kristi and Jerry Cluff. Alexis is the daughter of Melissa and Paul West.
