Child care conference May 22

A child care conference for child care providers will be held Saturday, May 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Southern State Community College, South Campus, Fincastle. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The conference is sponsored by Ohio State University Extension and the Job and Family Services in Adams, Brown and Highland counties.

Topics that will be presented include:

      • Helping Children in Stressful Times

      • Science and Kids

       • Play and Creativity

Providers will receive four hours of Child Care Credit.  Cost of the conference is $35. It is a great program you don’t want to miss. Make check payable to OSU Extension, Highland County and mail to 119 Governor Foraker Place, Hillsboro. Registration deadline is May 14.
