Carnahan earns flight instructor certificate at Sporty's Academy

Sardinia resident Eric Carnahan earned his Flight Instructor certificate on July 11.

To obtain his Flight Instructor certificate, Carnahan passed an oral and a flight exam with a Federal Aviation Administration-designated flight examiner. Carnahan completed his flight training at Sporty's Academy, located at the Clermont County Airport.

With his Flight Instructor certificate, Carnahan is able to teach pilots from the recreational to the commercial level. 

Carnahan has now joined the ranks of more than 100,000 certified flight instructors in the U.S. with terrific career opportunities.
