Brownie Troop 134 visits local veterinary office

On Monday, Oct. 5, Brownie Troop #134 visited the Hillsboro Veterinary Clinic located on West Main Street.

Troop #134 toured the facility, learned about veterinary medicine and examination devices, were educated on proper pet care, viewed and studied x-rays and heard stories about past patients.

Troop members were delighted to meet and learn about Homer the Dog and the many opportunities available at local animal shelters when it comes to finding the perfect pet.

Troop #134 would like to extend a thank-you to the entire staff at the Hillsboro Veterinary Clinic for a really great and educational tour.
