Boy Scout Troop 22, Cub Scout Pack 190, Edgewood Manor hold annual food drive

Boy Scout Troop 22, Cub Scout Pack 190 and Edgewood Manor recently held their annual food drive to help those in need this time of year.

The boys walked the town on Saturday passing out fliers to every home in Greenfield and again on Sunday to pick up bags and boxes of groceries from the doorsteps.

It's estimated that they collected more than a thousand pounds of food. Now, Edgewood Manor will assemble meals in boxes and distribute them to needy families.

All three groups want to thank anyone who placed food out. Your generosity will ensure those in need in our community will not be hungry this Thanksgiving.
