Bell Gardens Place earns deficiency-free survey results from ODH

Bell Gardens Place in Hillsboro recently underwent their annual survey from the Ohio Department of Health on Aug. 27.

This is an annual survey which all residential care facilities are required to have by the ODH. This survey reviews documentation, resident care, human resources and several other departments. Bell Gardens Place received a deficiency-free survey.

Michael Bradford, Executive Director at Bell Gardens Place, said he is very proud of his team and the care and support they supply to the residents.
