Bell Gardens Place earns 4th deficiency-free survey

Bell Gardens Place Assisted Living in Hillsboro is proud to announce it has received a deficiency-free survey from the Ohio Department of Health for the fourth year in a row.

This survey reviews all the services and care guidelines mandated by the state. It also reviews all human resources and activities for the residents and staff.

Bell Gardens Place is very proud of this recent award and excited that it validates the excellent care they provide to their residents.
