Baker named Highco Executive Director

The Highco, Inc. Board of Trustees would like to recognize Candice Baker as their Executive Director.

Highco is a not-for-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The Board of Trustees said they are excited to announce Baker as the new executive director and to watch Highco grow as a provider.

“I am grateful for this opportunity and excited to move forward with Highco,” Baker said. “Our adults deserve only the very best services, and that is what we will provide.”

Baker has been an employee of Highco since April 2013. She started her employment as an administrative assistant and was promoted to operations manager in March 2014.

Baker earned her associate of applied business degree in accounting from Southern State Community College. She recently earned her bachelor of arts degree in human services and counseling from Lindsey Wilson College.

Baker has lived in Highland County for the majority of her life. She is married and has three children.
