Altrusa of Highland County will host its quarter raffle on Thursday, Nov. 10 at the Hillsboro Orpheum, 135 N. High St. in Hillsboro. The doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the raffle starts at 6:30 p.m.
Light refreshments will be available for purchase. Bring your own quarters or get quarters at the door. There will be a wide variety of basket items.

Altrusa of Highland County provides every student in Highland County grades kindergarten, first, second and fourth their own personal copy of grade-level reading material every year. That is just one of the many ways they give back to the community.
