Sen. JD Vance: 'We live in a third world country with a two-tiered justice system'
Sen. JD Vance
CINCINNATI – U.S. Senator JD Vance, R-Ohio, issued the following statement regarding the corrupt Department of Justice's June 8 indictment of President Trump.
“We live in a third world country with a two-tiered justice system," Vance said. "The actions of the corrupt Department of Justice should stand as a warning to all Americans: If the leader of our great nation could fall victim to such an injustice the same can happen for anybody.
"President Trump’s indictment further perpetuates the fact that we have succumbed as a nation to a banana republic, whose elite class decides the winners and the losers. It is a blatant, disgusting interference in the 2024 election and demonstrates extreme hypocrisy and attempted distraction from the allegations of Joe Biden’s illegal activity revealed on June 8.
“President Trump has before and will again deliver real lasting policies for Americans, while the woke Left continues its charade of sham indictments. The American People know what they’re up to and they’re sick of the same tired political corruption that dominates Washington. I look forward to President Trump taking the White House once again and putting an end to this nonsense.”

Indictment of President Trump
Senator Vance is right to the point: if a former president is thus victimized, it can happen to any of us. We are indeed a banana republic because the piling up of criminal counts, to begin with, is unknown even in communist nations. All over the world, suspects are charged with one, perhaps two criminal counts; this gives the suspect a fair chance to prove his or her innocence. But this piling up of criminal charges, as it was firstly done to Paul Manafort to trash President Trump, is a total shame: out of two dozen or more criminal counts, juries are unlikely to find all counts false. Therefore, prosecutors secure a conviction before even there are hearings for the trial. This compounds the fact that the U.S. justice system has always been very punitive compared to other legal systems, which formerly, with fair prosecutions, was not a problem; but now it is. I am glad that a senator from my state, Ohio, is raising these most urgent matters. But all this woke witch hunt will backfire and we will choose President Trump in 2024.
" if a former president is…
" if a former president is thus victimized, it can happen to any of us ", is perhaps one of the stupidest comments ever made. Of course it can happen to us, if we break law. For some reason you think Trump is above the law. All Trump had to do was cooperate but no. Trump thinks he is above the law and he is not. He is just like any other citizen of the United States and no matter how many people think he is the greatest president ever, he has to obey the law.
All of America’s most disreputable presidents
If you read about the historical cavalcade of theft and corruption of the top 10 most notorious presidents in history, combine all their crimes, it pales in comparison to Sleepy Joe's treachery. How can this be true? Because all parotic liberals have yet to fully grasp and Republicans have yet to demonstrate an ability to combat the satanic political machine currently in charge. Our current demonic government has grown so large, so complex, so involved in virtually every aspect of controlling our lives, that it is now being used as a weapon. All these evil spirts ruling our country must be expeled.
