Second suspect indicted in Clermont County overdose death case

On Aug. 17, a Clermont County grand jury returned an indictment for Tara Linville, 40, on several felonies, including one count of trafficking in persons, following a fatal drug overdose on May 27.

Linville’s co-defendant, Roger Graszl, 58, was indicted Aug. 10 on similar charges. See more at: https://highlandcountypress.com/index.php/batavia-township-man-indicted….

Linville has been charged with:

• One count of trafficking in persons, a felony of the first degree;

• Two counts of promoting prostitution, felonies of the third and fourth degree;

• Two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, felonies of the third degree;

• Two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, felonies of the second and third degree; and

• One count of compelling prostitution, a felony of the third degree.
