Timothy Wayne Cartwright

Timothy Wayne Cartwright, 77, of Greenfield, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023 at home.  
 
He was born May 19, 1946 in Sabina, the son of Ora and Pauline (Woodruff) Cartwright.
 
Tim served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Concerned Veterans of Greenfield and the American Legion Post 568 of Leesburg.
 
He was the owner of Advanced Hydraulics and Hoses of Greenfield and former owner of Tim Cartwright Construction.
 
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Cartwright, whom he married Sept. 22, 1984; four daughters, Kelly Hodgson of Newark, Leann (Ron) Barber of Newark, Tawnya Sanford of Blue Creek and Toni (Jamie) Estep of Bourneville; one son, Elton (Deena) Beatty of Greenfield; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bonnie Cartwright of Greenfield and Karen Hutchenson of Greenfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by one grandson, Nicholas Sanford; one sister, Barbara Mootispaw; two brothers, Gary Cartwright and Daniel “Hoss” Cartwright; and both parents.
 
Cremation will take place, and there will not be a service observed.
 
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
