Thomas Darrell Fisher

Thomas Darrell Fisher, 64, of Blanchester, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Hospice of Ohio Valley Inpatient Center inside the Adams County Medical Center. 

He was born April 23, 1959 in Wilmington, the son of the late Charles Darrell and Doris (Allen) Fisher. 

Mr. Fisher worked for 20 years as a meat cutter at the Big Bear Grocery Store in Waverly. He then worked for over 20 years at Hitachi Astemo Ohio Manufacturing in Blanchester as a section head and associate. 

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Stephanie (Spaeth) Fisher; his stepson, Roger Thomas Winemiller; grandsons, Quinton Thomas Himes and Blake Medley; granddaughters, Amber (Matt) Keiter, Emma Winemiller and Layla Winemiller; his great-granddaughter, Peyton Keiter; two aunts, Eva Fisher and Pat Allen; his parents-in-law, Barry and Rosalie Spaeth; sisters-in-law, Cheryl (Rusty Creed) Spaeth and Michelle (Kurt) Kirkendall; a nephew, Rob (Emily) Perry; and nieces, Nikki Fetters and Hannah Fetters. 

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by a stepson, Gene Winemiller; a stepdaughter, Heather Winemiller; a sister, Judi (Dennis) Cochran; and a brother, Stephen Fisher. 

In keeping with his wishes, he was cremated. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no public visitation. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory in Hillsboro is serving the family.
