Sherry Marie Owens

Sherry Marie Owens, 71, of Hillsboro, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. 

She was born April 28, 1952, in Hamilton, the daughter of the late William L. and Marjorie (Croucher) Miller. 

Sherry worked in home health care as a nursing aide for the Ursuline Nuns at Chatfield College for 10 years. She loved her family, and she will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. 

Sherry is survived by two children, Bobbie (Ryan) Foster of Hillsboro and Roger “Bo” (Tina) Owens of Wilmington; three grandchildren, Summer Foster, Melissa (Ricky Carter) Owens and Michelle Mason; three great-grandchildren, Caleb Carter, Helaina Carter and Natalie Carter; two brothers, Kenneth (Becky) Miller of Tennessee and William E. (Peggy) Miller of Cynthiana; and a special niece, Kimberly Jo of Tennessee. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Carty; and an infant son, Kenneth Allen Owens. 

Celebration of Sherry’s life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
