Sharon W. “Teet” Bryant

Sharon W. “Teet” Bryant, 73, of Chillicothe, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024, in CareCore at Westmoreland in Chillicothe, following an extended and courageous battle with cancer. 

She was born on July 10, 1950 in Greenfield, a daughter of the late William “Bill” and Jessie Mae Wright Pettiford. 

She is survived by her two children, Buddy (Terri) Bryant and Breeayn Bryant; 12 grandchildren, which includes two she helped raise, Drako and Chierma; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gary (Bubb) Pettiford and William “Bill” Pettiford; as well as many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by one son, Shawn Bryant; and one sister, Marsha Patterson. 

Teet was a 1969 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School. She was a devout member of the Second Baptist Church in Roxabel. She had worked at Trim Systems, Frankfort IGA, and the Frankfort Corner Restaurant. Everyone who knew Teet loved and enjoyed her. She will be missed by many.
