Robert B. “Robi” Priestley, 41, of Hillsboro, died Monday, October 5, 2009 at his residence after a long illness.
He was born June 4, 1968 in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, the son of George and Karen Postal Priestley. He had a great love of children. During his illness, he trained and educated himself to help children and the elderly with similar illnesses.
He is survived by his parents, George and Deborah Priestley of Hillsboro, and Karen Postal of Ft. Worth, Texas; sister Lisa (Derrick) Johnson and their daughter Amanda Johnson of Ft. Worth, Texas; step-sister Julie Whitacre of Hillsboro; niece and nephew Nicole and Dylan, and special nephew Dakota; several aunts and uncles, including Deloris Cole of Waterford, New York, Raymond Priestley of Oklahoma, and Bruds Smith of Laurel Springs, New Jersey; and many friends in West Milton, Texas, and Hillsboro.  
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.  A memorial service will take place at a later time at the Carmel Church of God. 
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
