Philip Eugene 'Sut' Gregory
Philip Eugene “Sut” Gregory, 84, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024 at Signature Healthcare in Washington C.H.
He was born Aug. 31, 1940 in Milledgeville, the son of Victor and Mildred (Chaney) Gregory.
He was owner/operator of Suts Auto Sales in Washington C.H. He was a lifetime member of F.O.E. # 423 of Washington C.H. and Moose Lodge #1244 of Sabina.
He is survived by his wife, Tamatha (Stein) Brown-Gregory; three sons, Philip “Bubby” Gregory of Bainbridge, John Gregory of Columbus and Greg (Beth) Gregory of Washington C.H.; one daughter, Marie (Jeff) Cox of Leesburg; 10 grandchildren, Jason (Amanda) Teeters, Chasity (Samuel) Beatty, Jeremy (Amber) Cox, Jeffrey (Jessica) Cox, Brad (Tara) Cox, Charlie Gregory, Nicole Edie, Skyler Gregory, Haley Gregory and Selena (Issac) Robinson; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Andy Gregory of Lucasville; three sisters, Cinda Potter of Fairborn, Mary (Tim) Atkinson of Chattanooga Falls and Vicki Hayslip of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Philip Gregory; one daughter, Julia Lytle; two grandchildren; three sisters, Beverly Herman, Rosemary Miley and Jewel Beatty; father, Victor Gregory; and mother, Mildred Miley.
Funeral service will be Friday, Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
