Patricia Carol (Ryan) Garrett, passed away March 12, 2023 in Michigan.
She was born Dec. 24, 1934 in Marble Furnace (Adams County), Ohio, the daughter of the late William and Kathleen Ryan.
She retired after a successful business career in Memphis, Tenn., where she lived with her husband, Lunsford "Bud" Garrett, and their children, Fay and Shane. In addition to her sales career, she was also a proofreader for many years, as well as a talented artist and art instructor.
She is survived by her daughter, Fay Brinkman of Morrow, Ohio; and her son, Shane Garrett of Memphis, Tenn. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Christian (Emily), Chase, Wesley, Kaylin, Aidan and Rock; a great-grandson, Emmett; and a sister-in-law, Rosemary Ryan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lunsford "Bud" Garrett; a stepfather, Carl D. Chambers; and a brother, Charles M. Ryan.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at the convenience of the family.
