Nancy Kay Thompson

Nancy Kay Thompson, 65, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, Dec. 8, 2023 at home.
 
She was born July 5, 1958, in Newark, the daughter of Paul and Marjorie (Porter) Starr.
 
She is survived by four children, Jessica (Mandy) Thompson of Greenfield, Daniel Thompson (Angela McCray) of Waverly, Tiffany (Steve) Lawson of Pennsylvania and Sabrina (Wesley) Pummell of Greenfield; one stepson, Mike (Angie) Holley of Greenfield; 13 grandchildren, Taiyler, Xayden, Daniel Jr., Austin, Brooklyn, Blake, Zoey, Sophia, Jackson, Gavin, Emma, Abel and Josie; two great-grandchildren, Henry and Rowan; two sisters, Vickie (Robert) Miller of Mansfield, Tammy (Charles) Good of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Thompson, on Aug. 24, 2013; one stillborn son, Joseph Thompson; one brother, David Starr; and both parents.
 
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Terry Rose Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in the Hardins Creek “Bridges” Cemetery of Leesburg.
 
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14 at the funeral home.
