Mary F. Shaw, 82, of Hillsboro died Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at her residence. 
She was born April 1, 1927 in Aberdeen, Ohio, the daughter of the late Walter R. and Lorena Marshall Davis. 
Mrs. Shaw worked for several years for the Rotary Forms Press and was a member of the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene. 
She is survived by four daughters, Sharon (Ronald) Bogard, Sylvia K. Branham, Bonnie (Ralph) Whiting and Lisa (John) Hawk, all of Hillsboro; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great grandchildren. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband whom she had married on September 14, 1945, Robert McCreight Shaw, on December 11, 1996; one sister, Ruth Ann Wright; three brothers, Leslie Raymond Davis, Charles Edward Davis, Walter Eugene Davis; and one grandson, Robert Eugene Whiting. 
Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, October 9th at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Rev Tom Zile and Rev. Curtis Randolph will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Drive, Maysville, KY 41056.
