Loyd Gregg Fenner

Loyd Gregg Fenner, 62, of New Vienna, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 14, 2024.

He was born June 6, 1962 in Hillsboro, the son of the late Loyd “Bud” and Imogene Little Fenner.

Gregg was a member of the Mt. Olive Church of Christ and worked for OPERS for 28 years during the day and then at night he worked as a barber out of his shop at his house. He enjoyed bowling and cooking. Gregg’s greatest joy was his two boys. He would do anything for his family. Gregg also had a love for his dogs and nice cars.

Gregg is survived by his wife, Terri Wolfe Fenner; sons, Noah (Ciera) Fenner and Jonah Fenner, both of New Vienna; sister, Debbie (Randy) Hull; nieces, Tricia Kairn and Julie Barth; and many cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Russell “Rusty” Fenner and a niece, Kristin Wills.

A gathering of friends and family will take place Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. at Mt Olive Church of Christ. A celebration of life service will take place Friday, July 19, 2024 at 11 a.m., also at the church.

Memorial donations can be made in Gregg’s name to the Mt. Olive Church of Christ Building Fund, PO Box 147, New Vienna, Ohio 45159 or American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, Va. 22116-7023.
