Leberta (Bloomfield) Elble, 76, of Peebles, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at Adams County Manor.
She was born in Vanceburg, Kentucky on November 13, 1932, the daughter of the late Clyde and Opal (Swinigan) Bloomfield.
She is survived by her husband Charles Elble of Peebles, whom she married on July 8, 1950; son and daughter-in-law Gary and Dorothy Elble of Hillsboro; daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Duane Scott of Hillsboro; brother Clyde Bloomfield, Jr. of Springfield, Ohio; two sisters; Mary Grenat of Springfield, Ohio and Marie Walp of Miamisburg, Ohio; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. 
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with George Vastine officiating. Burial will follow in Jaybird Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
