Kimberly 'Kim' Preston Wilt

Kimberly "Kim" Preston Wilt, 62, of Washington Court House, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024 at her home in Leesburg.

Kim was born Feb. 15, 1962 in Washington Court House, to the late Thomas and Carolyn (Shaffer) Preston of Washington Court House.

She lived her entire life in this area and was a 1982 graduate of Miami Trace High School. 

Kim is survived by her husband, Dennis Wilt, whom she married March 17, 2014; Kim's children include Matthew Strawser of New Lexington and his children, Tyson and Ethan; Stephen (Monica) Strawser of New Lexington and their daughter, Peyton; Jonathan Gray of Fort Pierce, Fla. and his children, Zachary Michael, Liam Wayne and Lillianna Rae; her siblings, Lori (Scott) Preston Wright of Greenfield and Todd (Julie) Preston of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.; two stepchildren, Dennis (Nicole) Wilt of Leesburg and Jim (Jamie) Wilt of Bloomington and their children, Caleb, Chole, Kinlee and Kenzie; stepmother, Martha Preston of Summerfield, Fla.; her beloved fur baby, Angel; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, Kim was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Donald and Irene Shaffer of Leesburg; her paternal grandparents, Howard and Martha Preston of Washington Court House, and very special friend, Lynn Fox, of Worthington.

In keeping with Kim's wishes, she will be cremated, and a celebration of life will take place at a later date. No formal services will be held.
