Karen Van Saun

Karen Van Saun, 68, of Cincinnati, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024 at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati.

She was born April 12, 1956, the daughter of the late Charles C. Van Saun and Jo Ann (Ferris) Van Saun.

Karen was a 1974 graduate from Fayetteville High School, and she went on to earn her bachelor of science degree from Indiana State University. She enjoyed attending Scottish Country Dancing throughout the Cincinnati area. She enjoyed painting and art classes and visiting the art museums in Cincinnati and Columbus, as well as crafting in other mediums. 

Karen is survived by her sister, Marcia Van Saun Lehar of Columbus; a nephew, Alexander Lehar; a niece, Danielle Lehar, and a cousin, Neal Van Saun of Lynchburg.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 3, 202 at 1:30 p.m. at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Cincinnati. The Davis-Turner Funeral Home is serving the family.
